ELECTRIC AND HYDROGEN CONVERSION FOR HEAVY DUTY COMBINED VEHICLES
The major challenges of ecological transition necessarily involve a radical and rapid decarbonisation of transport. Accordingly, e-Néo specialises in the electrical conversion (retrofitting) of heavy-duty and heavy-duty combustion-engine vehicles. Its solutions aim to extend the service life of vehicles by fitting them with an electric motor powered by batteries (BEV) or a hydrogen fuel cell (FCEV).

E-CONVERSION THE ANSWER FOR INDUSTRIAL VEHICLE USERS
retrofit + reconditioning = e-conversion
e-Neo removes the thermal engine and the various specific components then finds a new use for them or manages recycling. The design office defines the solution adapted to the electric conversion according to the needs of the customer and the characteristics of the vehicle. An electric motor is integrated and associated with a battery pack (BEV) and, depending on usage requirements, a hydrogen fuel cell (FCEV).

E-CONVERSION A PROCESS IN 5 STEPS
The industrial development of e-Néo is built on its vision of a creative, environmental, circular economy and will produce locally on units of 50 people in close collaboration with all the actors of the territories.
By 2024, e-Néo aims to produce one vehicle per day on its first unit of 6,300 m2 attached to the 700 bar hydrogen station in La Roche-sur-Yon in Vendee.
SELECTION
Choice of vehicle over 5 years old according to needs
REVIEW
Complete diagnosis and change of all wearing parts
PREPARATION
Removal of the internal combustion engine and associated components
TRANSFORMATION
Integration of electrical components then of the hydrogen kit according to use
APPROVAL
Vehicle approval if required
In 2024, e-Néo will produce
more than 250 vehicles converted per year
at its site in La Roche-sur-Yon (Vendée).
